“All were informative. Our trip to Gozo was not planned well. The day before on the Valletta tour our transport arrived 50 minutes late. Subsequently I asked for confirmation and reassurance that the other days the pick up would be prompt and we were advised of correct pick up. All I got told was, that the lateness was due to traffic. Our pick up for Gozo was 0915 and at 0825 we were contacted asking where we were to which I responded. Rushing to get to the pick up we were then picked up by a taxi who took us to the ferry terminal. After this I was sent correct…”
