Emailed the operators and called their phone number. Nobody ever picked up or answered. I was never notified in advanced that it was canceled and haven’t been refunded. I understand if it’s canceled but I need an email or a phone call in advanced. Very unprofessional. I want a refund for my ticket AND MY TAXI RIDE. they ruined my vacation. I will contact Viator and report this event. DO NOT BUY. THIS IS A SCAM.”
